Every family looks a little different, but the goal is the same. You want to feel good, move well, and raise healthy kids. At Heritage Clinic of Chiropractic, we care for moms before baby arrives, infants in their first days, growing kids, and the adults who are doing their best to keep up with all of it. This page is your guide to how we support your family at every stage.
Expecting? We're Here From Day One
Pregnancy brings a lot of change to your body, and it deserves care that changes with it. Dr. Gabby is Webster Technique certified through the ICPA, which means she has specialized training to support pelvic balance and comfort throughout pregnancy. Many of our moms find relief from back pain, hip tension, and sciatica, and continue care right through delivery and beyond.
Newborns and Kids Deserve Gentle, Specific Care
Birth is a big event for a tiny body, and so is everything that comes after, from learning to sit up to learning to walk. Our pediatric adjustments use very light, age-appropriate pressure, often no more than a fingertip touch for infants. Parents bring their children in for everything from colic and sleep struggles to general wellness checkups.

Adults and Parents Need Support Too
Carrying car seats, chasing toddlers, and sitting at a desk all day take a toll on your spine. Whether you're dealing with an old injury, daily aches, or just want to feel like yourself again, our team builds a care plan around your life and your goals.
What Does Family Chiropractic Care Actually Mean?
Family chiropractic care means one clinic that can care for every person in your home, whatever their age. Chiropractic focuses on the spine and nervous system, and the way we adjust changes a lot depending on who is on the table. A newborn, a pregnant mom, a busy dad, and a grandparent each need something different. Our job is to match the care to the person, and to explain each step so you never feel rushed or left guessing.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
For adults, the first visit is a conversation and an exam. We review your health history, talk through your goals, perform a thorough exam, and take any x-rays we need. We do not adjust on the first visit. At your second visit, your doctor walks you through the findings, performs your first adjustment, and shares a personalized care plan.
For expecting moms and children who do not need x-rays, the first adjustment happens at the first visit. Our new patient offer covers your consultation, exam, and any necessary x-rays. Call or request an appointment online and we will walk you through exactly what applies to your family.
Serving Delaware and the Communities Around It
Our office is at 29 Grandview Ave Suite B in Delaware, Ohio. Many of our families also come from Lewis Center, Powell, Sunbury, and Marysville. If you are searching for a family chiropractor near you in Central Ohio, we would love to meet you.
The Techniques Behind Our Care
We use a range of techniques so that every adjustment fits the person receiving it, not the other way around.
Why Families in Delaware Choose Heritage Clinic
Dr. Gabby and Dr. Steven are both Sherman College of Chiropractic graduates, and Dr. Gabby holds her Webster Technique certification through the ICPA, one of only a few chiropractors in Delaware County with this credential. As a faith-based practice, we treat every patient, from the smallest newborn to the busiest parent, with the same care and respect.

Family Chiropractic FAQs
Can the whole family see the same chiropractor? Yes. Dr. Gabby and Dr. Steven care for pregnant moms, newborns, children, and adults under one roof, so your family does not have to piece care together across offices.
How young is too young for a chiropractic visit? Newborns can be seen. Infant adjustments use very light pressure, often no more than a fingertip touch.
Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy? Yes, when provided by a trained prenatal chiropractor. Dr. Gabby is Webster Technique certified through the ICPA. You can read more on our Prenatal page.
Do you take insurance? We are a cash-pay practice, which lets us spend the time your family needs without insurance dictating your care. We are happy to explain what that looks like at your first visit.
Do I need x-rays before my first adjustment? For most adults, yes. X-rays help us adjust safely and specifically, which is why adults have a two-visit start. Expecting moms and kids who do not need x-rays are adjusted on day one.
