Why Your Pain Isn't Going Away

Most back pain treatments focus on masking symptoms with medication, rest, or injections.
But if the underlying cause isn’t addressed, the pain keeps returning.

If you’ve tried stretching, medication, or physical therapy, injections without lasting results you’re not alone.

We focus on identifying the root cause.

Back Pain Isn't Just "Something You Live With"

We have been in practice for over 5 years and helped thousands of patients here in the Delaware community. Dr. Steven Hedges has additional certificates in TIC and Pediatric care. Dr. Gabby Guadalupe is Webster Certified and has additional training in Pediatric care.

At Heritage Clinic of Chiropractic, we specialize in helping adults with chronic pains regain mobility and function without relying on injections or surgery whenever possible.

Between Dr. Steven and Dr. Gabby, we’ve helped hundreds of patients navigate disc issues, nerve pain, and chronic flare-ups — often after they felt like they had run out of options.

What Our Back Pain

Patients Say

Real People. Real Results.

"I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Gabby. Over the past year, I've been seeing Dr. Gabby for treatment of my sciatica pain. Initially, I was in tremendous pain and could barely walk. Thanks to their expertise and care, I am now pain-free, provided I maintain my follow-ups and preventive care. Their treatment has made a significant difference in my quality of life, and I am incredibly grateful for their help."

- Michael B

"I love this place! All the staff are so kind and welcoming and genuinely want to help you feel whole again, I came in limping and barely walking with a cane and after just a few adjustments I barely needed the cane and a few months later im back to my almost whole self! Other doctors pushed for me (a 19yr old) to have spinal surgery and didn't even bother to try to find other solutions so I tried this chiropractor and im so glad I did! no surgery needed!!"

- Elijah L

"I am so thankful for trusting Dr. Guadeloupe. I was so nervous, never been to a chiropractor. She walked me through every step, had my first adjustment and woke up the next morning with no lower back pain. It’s unbelievable! I’m excited to see her on my next visit! Thank you! 🙏"
